Before I can begin to answer that, I need to lay out what my definition of ‘senpai’ is.
Some take senpai as anyone who is older, which is correct. But the way I define senpai have nothing to do with age. I see senpai as people who I admire, who I wish to learn from, a role model for myself, if you will. When I call someone senpai, age doesn’t matter. I have no qualm calling someone in their teens senpai nor do I have a problem calling someone in their thirties senpai. Physical age have nothing to do on who I think is my senpai.
Now… with that said, here are people I think of as senpai:
This list isn’t even complete. This is just about half the list of people I do call senpai, even if I never even said it to their face.
But the point is, everyone is pretty much my senpai. I love what I have on the dash, every last person I follow are senpai and they are quality and I learn plenty from them.
And those not on the list are people I see as peers, as friends and partners. And that’s pretty much everyone as well. I don’t know but I’m willing to call many people senpai, because I like them and their skills and it’s just amazing people.
Oh, but since we’re talking about this, let me tell you two very special people though:
jackdawq <- SENSEI (but I shouldn’t be calling them that but I still see them as sensei… )
fortunesrevolver <- Imouto
I’ll make a proper list one day but it’ll take a hour or three to make such a list… ]
